Refund policy

We want you to love your Leacs jewelry pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns work: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.
